Play with respect
FaltaOne exists to make finding people to play with easier. Treat everyone with respect in chat, at the club and during a match, regardless of their level or experience.
Targeted insults, harassment, threats, discrimination and attacks based on personal characteristics are not allowed. A disputed point or a difference in ability is never a reason to mistreat someone.
Look after the shared space
Do not post sexual content, violence intended to intimidate, illegal content or material encouraging harm. Do not use photos or messages to humiliate someone. Any form of sexual exploitation, grooming or harassment of minors is prohibited.
Do not share other people’s phone numbers, addresses, documents, private conversation screenshots or images without permission. Open-match chats may be visible to anyone with access to them: share only what is necessary to organise play.
Keep your commitments
Before joining, check the time, place, level, price and cancellation conditions. Arrive in good time. If you cannot attend, cancel or leave the match through the app and let the group know where possible. A chat message does not replace a booking cancellation.
Do not take places you do not intend to use or make bookings to disrupt others. Respect facilities, staff and club rules. Being punctual and looking after the court are part of playing together.
Compete honestly
Answer the level questionnaire in good faith. Do not manipulate results, use someone else’s account or agree on fictitious results to change levels.
Submit the real score and check the opposing team’s submission. If you disagree, explain the difference respectfully and contact support if needed. Do not pressure or threaten another player into confirming a result.
No spam or deception
Do not send repetitive advertising, misleading links, scam attempts or requests for passwords or access codes. Do not impersonate FaltaOne staff, a club or another player. Use the payment methods shown in the booking and be cautious about unexpected payment requests in chat.
Report and block
Use the reporting and blocking options available in the app or email support@faltaone.com. Include the match, date, what happened and only the evidence needed. Do not publicly disclose private information when reporting.
Good-faith reports help protect the community. Do not deliberately make false reports or retaliate against someone who reports a concern. Blocking someone does not cancel a booking or resolve an incident outside the app on its own.
FaltaOne is not an emergency service and does not guarantee immediate review or continuous monitoring. If there is immediate danger, seek help from club staff or local emergency services.
What happens after a violation
Depending on severity and context, we may review a case, request information, remove content, issue a warning, limit features or suspend an account. Serious risks may require an immediate restriction. Automated filters are not guaranteed to detect every problem.
You can request a review of a measure by emailing support from your account email address and explaining the situation. Conduct measures do not remove your rights concerning payments, personal data or complaints. See the terms and conditions and privacy policy.
