How to send a request
If you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal from a distance contract, email support@faltaone.com. You do not need to sign in or give a reason for your decision.
To help identify the transaction, include the email used for the booking and, if available, the booking number, club, match date and payment date. A missing booking number does not prevent you from contacting us. Do not send passwords, access codes or full payment card details.
The button on this page opens a draft in your email application. Your request is sent when you send that email, not when you press the button. If your email application does not open, copy the address and write through your usual provider. Keep a copy of your sent message.
Withdrawal and ordinary cancellation
Withdrawal is a legal right that may apply to a distance contract. It is separate from cancelling a booking or leaving a match within the club’s cancellation window. The end of that ordinary window does not by itself remove an applicable legal right.
In Argentina, the general rule provides 10 calendar days, calculated under applicable law. Conditions and exceptions depend on the service and its performance. Specific rules exist for event tickets and tourism services; this page does not assume that a court booking falls into those categories.
Identification and refunds
Reasonable verification of identity and the transaction may be needed to prevent fraud. You do not need to create a new account to submit a request.
Where withdrawal legally applies, deposit forfeiture will not be used as a penalty for exercising it. The refund and any associated obligations must follow applicable law. Crediting depends on the payment method; this website does not generate an automatic receipt or confirm that a refund has been processed.
Provision 954/2025 requires a request identification code to be provided through the same channel within 24 hours. That support process must be operational before contracts are offered.
For follow-up, reply to the same email with the transaction reference. Using this channel does not waive your right to approach competent authorities.
