Controller and scope

The data controller is Zerebro LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company, with an address at 30 N Gould St Ste N, Sheridan, WY 82801, United States. For privacy enquiries and rights requests, contact support@faltaone.com.

This policy distinguishes the FaltaOne information website from the planned app features. The website does not offer account creation or court bookings. The app features described here reflect the service planned for launch.

What data is used and why

The data needed depends on the features you use. Optional permissions are separate from information essential to a booking.

Data Purpose
Name, email, date of birth and access credentials Create and protect your account, check minimum age and contact you.
Photo, phone number and preferences you provide Complete your profile and support the features you request.
Questionnaire answers, level and results Suggest suitable matches and update competitive levels.
Selected city or authorised location Show nearby clubs and matches.
Bookings, participants, amounts, payment references and status Manage places, payments, cancellations and refunds.
Messages, reports and blocks Coordinate matches and address disputes or misuse.
Sessions, permissions and notification token Maintain access and send notifications you enable.
Support enquiries Respond to requests and follow up on issues.

Do not send passwords, unnecessary identity documents, medical information or full payment card details in chat or by email. Payment information requested by Mercado Pago is also subject to its own notices; the integration and the data FaltaOne receives must be verified before launch.

Permissions and reasons for processing

Data needed to deliver a feature you request is used for that service relationship, and data required by a legal obligation is processed to meet it. Where consent is required, it must be informed and separate from optional permissions.

You can select a city manually instead of allowing precise location. The planned feature uses location while you use the app, rather than continuous background tracking. You can revoke permission in your device settings.

Notifications require your permission and can be disabled on your device. Revoking a permission may affect that feature without preventing unrelated features. Optional advertising or analytics must not be activated solely on the basis of general acceptance of these terms.

Who can see information

Your name, photo and level may be visible to other players in profiles and matches. Your phone number and date of birth are not public match information.

Do not treat an open-match chat as private: people with access to that chat may see its content even before taking a place. Avoid sharing home addresses or other information you do not want disclosed.

Clubs receive information needed to manage their bookings. Technical and payment providers should only receive data needed for their functions. Disclosure may also be necessary to meet a legal obligation or a valid request from an authority.

Providers and international transfers

Zerebro LLC is incorporated in the United States. The company’s location does not by itself determine where each piece of data is stored. Before the app is enabled, its actual hosting, authentication, email, notification and diagnostic providers must be identified, along with processing countries and applicable international transfer safeguards.

The final provider list and transfer mechanisms are pending validation. This draft does not claim that contracts or safeguards are already implemented. You can ask support for updated information. See the AAIP’s information on international transfers.

Retention and account deletion

Data should be retained for as long as necessary for its purpose and applicable obligations. The specific retention schedule, including backups and payment records, must be confirmed before launch; specific periods will be included in the final version.

The planned account deletion process removes the profile and associated details, preferences, location, alerts, blocks, sessions and notifications. Shared match history, results and messages may remain under the name “Deleted player”, without a profile photo.

Changing an author’s name does not guarantee that message text no longer contains personal information. If a retained message identifies you, request a review. Records needed for legal obligations, outstanding transactions or claims may require limited retention and restricted access. Deletion across all systems must be verified before this policy is offered as final.

Your rights

You can request access, correction, updating or deletion of your data and withdraw consent where applicable. Email support from your account email address, explaining which right you wish to exercise. If you cannot access that address, explain this so a reasonable identity check can be arranged. Do not send your password.

Requests must be handled within applicable legal deadlines. In Argentina, see Law 25,326. You can also contact or complain to the Agency for Access to Public Information, the data protection authority.

Younger users

The app is intended for people aged 16 and above. For users aged 16 or 17, a legal representative must be involved where required by law. If you believe someone under 16 has created an account, contact support so the situation can be reviewed and deletion arranged where appropriate.

Website, security and changes

This version of the website does not include cookies, analytics tools, advertising or submission forms. Fonts and visual assets are served by the site itself. The hosting provider may process technical connection logs; its configuration must be confirmed for publication. Opening an email link uses your own email provider.

Access controls, data protection and incident procedures must be verified in the released service. No system can promise absolute security. The date on this page identifies the version; material processing changes must be communicated and require renewed consent where applicable.
