How to delete your FaltaOne account, with or without the app, and what happens to your data.

In the app

Go to Profile → Account → Delete account and confirm with your password.

If you have upcoming bookings, cancel them or leave the matches first. An account with pending bookings cannot be deleted.

Without the app

Email us from the address associated with your account, using the subject “Delete my account”. We will verify ownership to process your deletion request.

Know what stays and what goes.

Deleted

Your profile, photo, phone number, date of birth, preferences, location, alert settings, blocks, push notification tokens and sessions.

Kept, anonymised

Past matches, results and chat messages remain for other players. They appear as “Deleted player”, without your name or photo.

Payment records

Deposit and refund records are retained for the period required by applicable law. Contact us if you need more information about these records.
